The balanced armature variants, on the other hand, come with 24 hours battery life (7 hours of earbud battery and an additional 17 hours in the charging case). You can charge the case by simply placing it on any wireless charger (only balanced armature variants) or through the USB-C connector. The factory reset is done and now both the earbuds are connected to each other.

Step 1: Remove the Shanling MTW100 from all the devices connected.

Step 2: Take the left earbud from the charging case, tap the touch sensor four times and place it back into the charging case. Repeat the same with the right earbud and put it back into the charging case. The factory reset is done and now you are good to go.
