The Topping NX7 is the latest flagship portable headphone amplifier. Topping has developed an NFCA module specifically for portable amplifiers like the NX7. The NFCA (Nested Feedback Composite Amplifier) module achieves clean and high power with low output impedance. The low idle power consumption allows for extended battery life. The NX7 delivers a value of 0.00007% for THD + N and 135 dB for SNR, making it one of the cleanest portable amplifiers.

Topping NX7 has been engineered with careful consideration to drive full-sized headphones and even sensitive IEMs with ease. This is possible with the 3-step gain settings embedded in the NX7. With the help of its 3-step gain setting, NX7 can easily power full-sized headphones. The NX7 can output 180mW of high power under a load of 300Ω. Using the low gain of the NX7, you can drive IEMs. At -13.8dB, the low gain option gives you plenty of room to control the volume of extremely sensitive IEMs without damaging them or your hearing.

The team of designers at Topping have gone to all lengths to ensure that users of NX7 have the most enjoyable and worry-free operation when using the device. This ideology is reflected in the final design and offers a thoughtful solution to common issues. The Topping NX7 is designed with corner guards at both ends to protect the entire panel, effectively preventing the volume knob from being accidentally touched in the pocket and reducing the possibility of breaking the headphone plug. This design is considered and resolves issues with portable devices so you can enjoy music without worry.

Even though the Topping NX7 is a slim and portable device, it packs a punch in battery life. The NX7 is optimised to offer a long battery life. It can be battery-powered for 20 hours at a medium gain and can reach 10 hours at high gain. Along with this, the output impedance is 0.1Ω. As a result, even high-sensitivity IEMs do not cause timbre colouring. With Topping NX7, you can use it without hiss noise without having to think about sound matching. The NX7 also offers dual headphone outputs with 3.5mm and 4.4mm connections to plug your headphones or IEMs.

Topping NX7 comes bundled with an array of accessories to help you get started with the NX7. You get a USB charging cable and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable for quick connectivity and charging the NX7. You also get a rubber pad and rubber band to place your NX7 and avoid damaging the device. Along with these, you get a user manual and a warranty card to get you started.
