The PAW 6000 comes embedded with the latest in audio technology and features AKM’s flagship DAC, the AKM4497EQ which realises true 768kHz PCM and DSD256 decoding as its DAC. This chip will ensure the highest sound quality reproduction of your music without any artefacts.

The Lotoo PAW 6000 comes with Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) support, enabling you to hear music exactly as recorded. MQA authentication is a badge of approval and guarantee of players’ master-quality audio output. The device can perform 8x decoding of MQA files to deliver outstanding sound quality. To further enhance the signal path, the Lotoo PAW 6000 is equipped with a 4.4mm balanced output along with a 3.5mm single-ended output with an output capacity of 500mW/per channel and both these ports also act as a line-out for better connectivity options. Balanced output brings more powerful amplification, wider soundstage, and exquisite detail, so you enjoy life-like music.

The Lotoo PAW 6000 uses premium quality materials for the connectors, increasing the accuracy of digital music reproduction and reducing the effect of phase noise on sound quality. This not only ensures that the audio signal has low distortion but also ensures a very low background music noise. The PAW Gold Touch also features the Type-C USB 3.1 connector and supports USB DAC functions. The device offers true asynchronous USB DAC functions on both Windows and Mac with support for PMEQ & ATE in USB DAC mode.

Lotoo with its new flagship model, the PAW 6000, aims to create a new portable reference listening experience for users. To make this possible the PAW 6000 is loaded with Bluetooth 4.2, with support for Bi-directional communication and capable of LDAC quality transmission. The Lotoo PAW 6000 also features the high-speed Type-C USB 3.1 connector with speeds up to 10Gbps and an SD card slot capable of supporting up to 2TB UHS-II SD Card, allowing a maximum tried and tested transfer speed of 300M/s.

The chassis for the Lotoo PAW 6000 is CNC crafted, from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminium alloy with the gold-plated volume knob crafted using the same methodology as luxury watches. This method offers an ultra-durable frame to house all the components inside and reduces the weight of the device to just 228gms. The PAW Gold Touch comes with a 3.77″ IPS GFF Retina LCD screen, featuring Corning’s fifth-generation gorilla glass finished with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating and AF’s oleophobic coating which caters for anti-fingerprint purposes. The screen is designed with 8 layers of HDI PCB resulting in less distortion overall. The screen has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and is capable of touch input and displaying essential information to offer a clean and sharp user-interface design.

The new audio OS in the device is called Lotoo OS and offers to boot in just 2 seconds with a well thought out user interface and functionality.
