: No. It is not possible to adjust the voice guidance volume on your Jabra device.
: Yes, you can use the right or the left earbud individually for playback of music or calls.
To activate mono earbud mode, place the unused earbud in the charging case. When you remove both earbuds from the charging case, the left and right earbuds will automatically relink and enter stereo mode.
: No, your earbuds are not protected from submersion in water. Furthermore, exposure to salt, chlorine, chemicals, and solvents can damage and deteriorate your earbuds.
: A Jabra Bluetooth device is fully backward compatible with other Bluetooth devices that have Bluetooth version 2.0 or later, with Headset Profile (HSP) version 1.2 or later and Hands Free Profile (HFP) version 1.5 or later.
: It may be possible to wear your Jabra true wireless earbuds while wearing a helmet. However, they have not been officially tested for use with a helmet and we cannot guarantee their performance if they are used in these conditions. The design and material used in helmets may cause Bluetooth interference and reduce the performance of the earbuds.
: No. For charging pads with a minimum of 5 watts, the charging case will always draw at a rate of 5 watts, regardless of the total wattage output of the charging pad.
Total charge time will depend on the battery level of the earbuds and charging case.
: To turn on/off sidetone and adjust the sidetone volume, follow these steps.
1. Open the Jabra Sound+ app.
2. In the Headset menu, tap the Settings icon on the top right. 3. Tap Headset settings, Call experience.
4. In Your voice in a call, adjust the settings according to your personal preferences.
: To change the EarGels on your Jabra true wireless earbuds, follow these guidelines.
Remove the EarGel
Use two fingers to firmly pinch the sides of the EarGel together. Gently peel the EarGel up and off the earbud.
Replace the EarGel
Align the inner circle of the EarGel with the earbud and press gently. The EarGel will snap lightly into place.
: When you reset your Jabra true wireless earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
Follow these steps to reset.
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
2. Press and hold (10 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash magenta.
3. Close the lid of the charging case (5 seconds) to complete the reset.
: If the LED on the charging case does not light up when you connect the charging case to a power source, you can try resetting the charging case.
To reset the charging case, follow these steps.
1. Open the charging case and leave the lid open.
2. Plug the charging case into a power source using the supplied USB cable. Refer to the Related FAQ section below for the recommended guidelines and specifications for chargers.
3.When the battery level LED lights up after 3 to 5 seconds, close the lid.
4. Let the earbuds and charging case fully charge.
It takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to fully charge the earbuds and the charging case using the USB cable. Third party USB chargers may take longer to charge the charging case.
: To turn on your Jabra Elite 7 Active/Pro, remove the earbuds from the charging case. To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case.
Alternatively, to manually turn on the earbuds, simultaneously press the Left and Right buttons. The earbud LEDs will flash green to indicate they have been turned on. To turn off the earbuds, simultaneously press the Left and Right buttons. The earbud LEDs will flash red to indicate they have been turned off.
: The Jabra Elite 7 Active true wireless earbuds offers the following to reduce ambient noise.
1. Four-microphone technology—two microphones placed in each earbud—which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice.
2. The four microphones are covered with a fine SAATI Acoustex® mesh for increased wind protection.
3. Digital signal processing removes background noise, such as traffic or office noise.
4. Passive noise isolation, by means of the shape and fit of the EarGels, blocks out and lowers the level of ambient noise you hear when you wear Jabra true wireless earbuds. Here it is important that the EarGels seal in the ears to give the best results.
: During a call, the Jabra device will temporarily disconnect other idle Bluetooth connections, so as to maintain optimal audio quality and wireless range. When the call is ended, the Jabra device will automatically reconnect to the other Bluetooth devices again.
You can configure the Prioritize Bluetooth device with call setting in the compatible Jabra software for your device.
: You can pair with up to 8 devices that the Jabra device will remember. If you attempt to pair a 9th device, the Jabra device will replace the device that was first paired of the existing paired devices.
You can connect to 1 paired device at a time.
In general, pairing with additional devices is performed the same way as the initial pairing you made for your product.
