The perfected design of the DT 1990 PRO combines innovation with decades of expertise in headphone technology. High-tech textiles and memory foam filled ear pads ensure exceptional wearing comfort. Headphones are so comfortable you almost forget you are wearing them.

The DT 1990 PRO has Beyerdynamic’s exclusive Tesla technology to thank for its balanced sound profile – combining high levels of efficiency with distortion-free sound reproduction across all signal levels. The titanium-coated acoustic fabric means that every knob movement on the mixing desk is audible. Subtle variations can be picked up like an acoustic magnifying glass.

The DT 1990 PRO is very durable. The headband has been constructed from steel and replaceable headband pads that are high on comfort for long listening sessions. All components are replaceable and ensure a long lifetime of the headphone.

Two pairs of ear pads are included in order to achieve the ideal sound characteristic depending on the use case. Velour ear pads provide an open sound and are perfect for mixing and mastering. A pair of leatherette ear pads provide a more closed sound making the headphones more well suited to monitoring applications.

The headphones come with two detachable cables, one straight and one coiled; a premium protective carry case, two sets of velour & leatherette earpads and two gold-plated ¼-inch headphone jack adapters.
